The mounting kit solution we supplied contributed to the successful commissioning of a 544.32kWp solar power system at Principal Doorsets in Barnstaple, North Devon. Managed and installed by our client, Harvest Green Developments, the project was completed in September 2023. 

Rubicon provided the highly durable Antai Mounting Kit, KBE Berlin DC Cable, and Staubli MC4 connectors for the installation. Principal Doorsets manufactures high-quality doors at their 80,000 sq ft unit on a 3.75 acre site. Using the latest CNC machinery, they manufacture the doorsets with exceptional precision and flexibility. 

The solar installation has enabled Principal Doorsets to significantly reduce their carbon footprint, saving 65,092.13 kg of CO2 emissions to date (as of July 2024), which is equivalent to planting 3,938 trees.
